Hey! My name is Laura and first of all I want to thank you for checking out Yankee Doodle Dog Spa! I have been grooming dogs professionally since 2006 and have loved choosing such a fulfilling career. I’ve always loved dogs; I honestly feel that they bring out the happiest part of myself, and being able to work with them while making them beautiful and feel their best is my passion. I started Yankee Doodle Dog Spa because I wanted to create a space where dogs love to come, employees love to work, and pet parents feel at ease and have a sense that they are among friends. I firmly believe that Yankee Doodle Dog Spa has created a culture based on respect for every two-legged and four-legged friend who has come into our world, and I’m so excited to see how those friendships develop and enhance over time!

Hi, my name is Tanya, and I’ve been a dog groomer for a little over 10 years! I’ve always had a bond with dogs all my life, and I have found that we understand each other. Grooming is my passion because we are not only making them adorable and beautiful but also comforting them, and making dogs feel safe, happy, and healthy. The bond with my clients is my favorite part. Some dogs can be nervous and fearful, so making their groom a happy and comfortable routine is extremely rewarding for both the dog and myself! There’s nothing better than when our clients are just as excited to see us as we are to see them!

Hello, my name is Julia. I recently joined the Yankee Doodle team and I am happy to be working with others that love animals just As much as I do. Animals and art have always had a special place in my heart and I enjoy having that creative side in the work and care I provide. What makes me feel good about my job is making the dogs feel and look amazing and seeing the owners just as happy with the results!

Hi, my name is Jordan! I have always been an animal lover and had that extra compassion and understanding for animals. My favorite thing about being a groomer is that special bond made between groomer and pup (and parents too!). Every furry friend has a special place in my heart. From nail trims, de-shedding old fur, face trims, and haircuts; every pup deserves that special day to be pampered, and parents deserve to have peace of mind that their best friend is in great hands. When I’m not grooming I’m at home doing research on something animal-related or taking care of and playing with my chinchilla, gecko, fish, and Morkie! I’m excited to meet and work with you and your companion!

Hi, I’m Julia! I have been dog grooming for over a year now. Dog grooming school was the best learning experience of my life. It has been the only time I’ve ever been able to say I enjoyed what I was doing. My childhood dog, Baxter, started my love for our furry friends. Every dog has a personality that I love to learn about and work with them, to make sure that they look and feel their best. I love being at a salon like Yankee Doodle, where I can tell that everyone I work with shares the same love and adoration for your pups, like I do!

I'm Rylie, and I've been with our family since 2023, passionately working as a bather and supporting our talented groomers. Working with dogs is the job I never knew I needed. Coming to work seeing tons of cute pups, and learning new things about dogs everyday is something that I always look forward to. It’s always a pleasure to meet new dogs, and it’s even better to see them come back and ready to get pretty again!
